How to get a fishing license
"For Oregon, everyone 12 years and older needs to purchase a fishing license before coming on a trip. You can purchase a yearly angling license and combined angling tag if you plan on fishing more than once a year or you can purchase a cheaper one day angling license for our trip which includes a license and a tag. You can elect to have your license be paper in which case you'll need to visit a local licensing retailer, or you can choose "electronic licensing" in which your license can be brought up on your phone. This is the method we recommend. To do so, you'll need to download the "MyODFW" app, create an account if you haven't already, and then purchase your license. Tip. You can check out as a guest to save trouble and skip tracking down your info from years prior. On the day of the trip each person must show their license to the guide before the trip can start.
